If you have had a case with the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services and would like to request your case records, please review the information below. You can request records from Children and Family Services, Adult Services, or the Self-Sufficiency Division.

Child Welfare Records
To request your personal Child Welfare Records through DPSS- Children and Family Services Division, please submit your request using one of the following methods:
In-person:
A request may be submitted in person accompanied by a valid ID at 4060 County Circle Drive, Riverside, CA 92503 during business hours, 8am-5pm.
Via mail:
- Submit a request in writing as to the case records you are seeking, including names, DOB, etc.
- The request must be verified by a notary and contain the Notary’s original signature (photocopies are not accepted).

Adult Services - IHSS and Protective Records
To request your personal Adult Services Division Records, please submit your request as follows:
Option 1. Via facsimile:
Submit a request in writing with a copy of your photo identification to 951-358-5772. The request must include the case name.

To request your personal Self-Sufficiency Division Records, please submit your request:
- by phone to DPSS Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 877-410-8827,
