Felice Connelly
Felice Connolly is a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities, an experienced accounting professional, and a longtime caregiver committed to improving the lives of families navigating support services. Since 1998, she has served as the primary caregiver and court-appointed conservator for her daughter, providing compassionate care while successfully advocating for educational, Social Security, and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) benefits.
Drawing on her extensive financial background, Ms. Connolly has worked as an accountant and pension analyst, managing financial reporting, payroll, employee training, government filings, and complex pension calculations. Her analytical skills have also enabled her to help families better understand SSI benefits and available support programs.
A strong advocate for caregivers, Ms. Connolly has served on the IHSS Public Authority Advisory Committee, the UDWA Bargaining Committee, and the Labor Management Committee, working collaboratively to strengthen services for providers and recipients.
She has also volunteered with Special Olympics, The Center in Hemet, local schools, and nonprofit organizations supporting individuals with disabilities. Ms. Connolly brings compassion, leadership, and decades of advocacy to every role she serves.
