Donald Brock
Dr. Donald Brock is an administrator, social worker, senior advocate, and chaplain dedicated to serving older adults, veterans, and underserved communities. Throughout his career, he has championed initiatives that promote education, health, and quality of life for seniors while strengthening partnerships between public agencies and the communities they serve.
Dr. Brock serves on the Riverside County Office on Aging Advisory Committee, where he works to enhance services for older adults and veterans and foster collaboration with the Department of Public Social Services. He is also a longtime consumer advocate on the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority Advisory Committee and serves as a State Senator for Senior Citizens in California.
As Director of The Gathering Chaplain Group in Southern California, Dr. Brock provides chaplaincy education and training for professionals, volunteers, healthcare workers, and faith-based organizations.
His academic credentials include degrees in pastoral counseling, divinity, biblical studies, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, along with certification as a chaplain and trainer.
