Scammers are offering free govt. phones on Facebook Marketplace and asking for EBT card photos and Social Security numbers. Victims are experiencing PIN changes and stolen benefits. Never share your EBT card, PIN, or personal info. If benefits are stolen, submit an EBT 2259 and call your worker right away.
