We at Riverside County DPSS share the same goal as many non-profit, private, and public sector homeless service providers: to move people away from homelessness and toward stable housing with financial independence.

The Housing and Workforce Solutions Department (HWS) administers the Continuum of Care (CoC), which strategically uses resources to address homelessness.
