In response to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Notice of Funding Availability for FY 2013-2014 Continuum of Care Program Competition, the County of Riverside Continuum of Care Consolidated Application and Priority Listing were submitted on January 31, 2013 to HUD.
